U.S. v. Dionicio Ramirez
In this case, Mr. Chapman successfully prosecuted an individual who was involved in the murder of a United States Park Service Ranger on the Organ Pipe National Forest. The defendant was sentenced to a substantial prison sentence. As a result of this prosecution, Mr. Chapman received an award as the “National Prosecutor of the Year” for 2004 by the Federal Law Enforcement Officers Association.
