Attorney Sean C. Chapman earned his J.D. from the University of Arizona College of Law in Tucson, Arizona in 1988. He was admitted to the Arizona bar that same year and is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court District of Arizona and the U.S. Court of Appeals 9th Circuit.

He understands how prosecutors make decisions about charging, plea bargains, sentencing and other factors. Perhaps most important, he understands how to put this knowledge to work in favor of his clients' defense.
